Nadoz Second Location
Steven Becker is proud to announce the opening in October of a second location for Nadoz Euro.Bakery + Cafe at The Boulevard in Richmond Heights. The new location will feature exquisite European style pastries, artisan breads including the very popular "pretzel roll," and fabulous desserts prepared by Patrick Thirion, the Executive Chef of Steven Becker Fine Dining. "The Clayton area has been without a high-end bakery for several years, and I look forward to providing that in a very upscale cafe setting," said Steve Becker. Nadoz Euro.Bakery + Cafe will serve a hot breakfast daily, featuring omelets, breakfast crepes, housemade bagels, and egg paninis. Lunch and dinner will include soups, fresh salads, sandwiches, paninis, and a crepe station will be a focal point. Coffee will come from locally roasted Chauvin Coffee. In the evening Nadoz will be open late for after dinner desserts for The Boulevard restaurant patrons to enjoy. Steven Becker Fine Dining began in 1954 when Dan and Jeanne Becker founded Lazy Suzan, a restaurant and caterer in Clayton. As a second-generation business owner, Steven Becker took the company to the next level by focusing on the catering and banquet business. After five successful years of developing and operating the Starlight Roof at the Chase Park Plaza, in 2003 Steven Becker Fine Dining moved to the newly renovated and stunning historic Coronado Ballroom. Nadoz Euro.Bakery + Cafe located in the Coronado is a creative outlet for Executive Chef Patrick Thirion to display his culinary roots as a very talented Pastry Chef.
